Ferran Sicart Ortí

PH. D. in Economics. His areas of expertise are the economic profitability and financial feasibility analysis of investment projects as well as money and capital markets analysis. He served as Director of Treasury and Capital Markets in CaixaCatalunya and General Director of Finance and Insurance in the Government of Catalonia. Former professor in Public Finances at the University of Barcelona.

B.A. in Economics and in Philosophy. His areas of expertise are macroeconomic and financial markets analysis and financial management performance indicators. He served as Director of Research Department of CaixaCatalunya, professor in Financial System at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and member of the Board of the College of Economists of Catalonia.

B.A. in Economics. Specialized in local Treasury. He has been General Deputy Director of Entitats de Crèdit i Hisendes Locals a la Generalitat de Catalunya and Director of Economic Services of the Barcelona Provincial Council. He has been responsible for the implementation of the new accounting instruction in this Corporation and the informative manual of instructions published by the Fundación Democracia y Gobierno Local.
